Our research shows that the earning potential has remained very healthy in the industry, with most positions being offered with a higher starting salary compared to the figures from last year. The demand for IP professionals has been increasing and with the rate of inflation being taking into account, salaries have remained competitive in order to keep staff and entice candidates to move firms.
Flexible and hybrid working has become a prioritised company benefit for a large number of candidates, with salaries not being impacted by the change in working patterns.
