Apple was recently granted a patent for a foldable flexible touch screen smartphone.
The latest released sketch is displayed above. This new bendable design could see a return to the flip-phones of the past.
Whist noone knows if this patent will lead to a commercial product it does show the direction of travel in Apple’s thinking for the future.
